Best-Selling Author and Emmy Award Winning Producer Yvette Manessis Corporon to address Friday Forum at 32nd Annual Leadership 100 Conference

Yvette Manessis Corporon is an Internationally best-selling author and Emmy Award winning producer. She is the author of Where The Wandering Ends (2022), Something Beautiful Happened (2017) and When The Cypress Whispers (2014). To date, her books have been translated into sixteen languages. Yvette is also currently a Senior Producer with EXTRA where she spearheads coverage of newsmakers, politics, media, and celebrities.

Yvette is a three-time Emmy Award winning journalist who has traveled the world covering the biggest stories in news and entertainment - including Royal Weddings, the Super Bowl, the Met Gala, the Emmy Awards, and countless international red-carpets in between. She has interviewed several sitting Presidents and First Ladies in the White House and spent time covering the Presidential Campaign Trail.

In addition to her three Emmy Awards and multiple Emmy nominations, Yvette is also a recipient of the Silurian Award for Excellence in Journalism and the New York City Comptroller and City Council’s Award for Greek Heritage and Culture.

A native New Yorker and daughter of Greek immigrants with deep family roots on Corfu, where all her books are set, Yvette studied Journalism and Classical Civilizations at NYU. She loves combining both of her passions and crafting books from little known moments in history and mythology.

Yvette is also a frequent television guest and commentator. She has appeared on Good Morning America, Today, The View, Dr. Phil, Fox & Friends, Good Day New York, WCBS and Extra, among others.

Yvette lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two children.
